Meal Of The Week: Calzone

I learned how to make Calzone last summer its something you can make quick and easy but it can get very messy. I still haven't mastered how to fold the dough perfectly, the more I practice the more I get better. Follow the recipe below and see If you can make your own. 
      
      2 cans of tomato sauce
      Your choice of seasonings
 2 lbs ground beef or turkey 
 2 bags of cheese (I like lots of cheese)
 2 cans store bought biscuits

Place the biscuits on a plate & use a roller or your hands to flatting them out. Add your tomato sauce, meat and cheese and whatever else you would like to add. Now bring all four sides together and add a little cheese and sauce to the top of the calzone. Use the directions on the back of the biscuits for baking temperature and time. Enjoy
